"Exploring the Wonders of Writing: A Journey into Story Making"

Hi guys!

Welcome to this exciting creative writing adventure! I am pleased to welcome you to this writing exercise, where together we will explore the wonderful world of storytelling and learn how to write stories.

The power of the written word is infinite, and in this exercise we will immerse ourselves in the various techniques and elements that make up a fascinating story. Through our exploration, we will discover how to build memorable characters, create captivating settings and develop intriguing plots that will keep readers eager to discover what happens next.

It doesn't matter if you have written stories before or if this is your first foray into the world of creative writing. This exercise is designed to unleash your creativity and allow you to explore your own style and voice as a storyteller. I am here to guide and support you every step of the way, encouraging you to discover new ideas, overcome challenges and reach your full potential as a writer.

Before writing the story, it will be important to carry out several previous steps, which will help us to build our story. In the first image, four different options are offered, from which you will have to choose one. As you can see, each option has 4 differentiating elements, which you will have to include in your story in the way you consider convenient. The aim is for each student to put together their own story with the options offered. Once you have chosen the option you like most, you will have to answer several questions. The sheet with the questions and answers will be used as a draft, as it will be of great help when creating the story. Once you have reached the last page of the exercise, the aim is to create the story. (The app that I have used to create this material is Canva)

Each of you has an inner story waiting to be told, and I look forward to reading it and discovering the worlds you will create. Don't be afraid to dream big and let your imagination fly free.Come on and go ahead!

  1. Hello!
I have really liked your writing proposal. I have prepared something similar with pictures from the game Dixit, and I think it is a good way to developing creativity and imagination in our students.
The previous questions you have prepare are very suitable. However, in my opinion we should bear in mind the age and level of the pupils. Maybe it could be quite difficult to them if they do not know basic grammar structures.
    Congratulations!
